Invitations not only inform your guests of the date, time, location and hosts of the wedding, they set the tone for your entire celebration. Your invite may also include the time and location of the reception. Mail announcement six weeks before the ceremony and be sure to have your invites weighed at the post office to determine the proper postage. After entering your verse wording you will have the option of selecting a lined inner envelope. Outer Envelopes with Printed Return Address... Save time while making sure undeliverable invites are returned to you by having your outer envelopes printed with a return address for a slight additional charge. This will also ensure that those guests who want to send cards and gifts directly to your home will have the correct address. Lined Inner Envelopes... Choose a lined inner envelope to enhance the beauty of your announcements. A variety of colors are available to choose from for the perfect look for a slight additional charge. Reception Folders and Cards... Reception cards are used to inform guests of the location of the wedding reception and or dance. Since reception cards are enclosed in with your invitation, mailing envelopes are not necessary. Reception cards use the same folding card as an informal and respond card. Respond Folders and Cards... Respond cards are used to help determine how many guests plan to attend. An accurate count is vital for preparing enough food, seating and other accommodations so ordering respond cards can actually save you money. Include the response card and the return envelope with the mailing of your announcements. The Respond Folder and envelope are returned by guests by the date indicated on the card (usually two weeks before the wedding.) Today, many cards are printed to allow guests to select an entree as well as indicate if they will be attending your celebration. Respond envelopes are included free with your respond cards. They should be printed with the address of whoever will be tallying the guest count. As a convenience for your guests, be sure to include a stamp on each envelope. Informal Notes... Informal notes may be personalized with your names and used as thank you notes, gift enclosures, or for other correspondence long after the ceremony so order plenty. All informal notes include single mailing envelopes. Informal notes use the same folding card as a reception and respond card. Thank You Notes... Writing notes of thanks is an etiquette must. Thank you notes are available blank for you to write your personal note of thanks, or you may choose to have them printed in order to acknowledge your wedding gifts quickly. All thank you notes include single mailing envelopes. Printed Thank You Note Envelope Flaps... Save time by having your informal note and/or thank you note envelope flaps printed with a return address for a slight additional charge. How long after I place my order will I receive it? Most products are produced in two business days. Some items take 5 plus business days to produce. The product time will be indicated on the pricing page if it is going to take longer than the two days. For orders going to a U.S. destination you have the choice of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping. Depending on where you are located UPS Ground takes 2-7 business days after we ship your order to arrive to you. We are centrally located so most orders arrive in 2- 3 days after shipping. 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery on the 2nd business day after we ship your order. Next Day Air guarantees delivery the next business day after we ship your order. If you are in a hurry you can have your order delivered in as little as 3 business days. Orders Shipped Outside the USA The shipping charges are shipping charges only. Customs Duties and all Taxes are additional charges and are the responsibility of the receiver due upon receipt of shipment.
